Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Pending State License accepted Certifications: One of the following: CBSPD or CRCST (Through HSPA) Must-Have: National certifications required. Experience with CensiTrac strongly preferred. Experience with Belimed washers/sterilizers preferred. Availability to work weekends is required.

Description: Responsibilities include organizing and managing surgical instruments and trays. Average daily tray volume is 700. The surgical services include Trauma, Cardiac, Neuro, Ortho, ENT, Vascular, Transplant, and Robotics. Assist with proper cleaning, sterilization, and maintenance of surgical instruments. Aseptic technique must be adhered to at all times. Must be able to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams. No call requirement or floating to sister facilities is expected. Weekends are required and this is a weekend block position. High standards of patient care and safety should always be prioritized. Adherence to facility policies and procedures is mandatory. Attendance and punctuality are crucial, with a focus on maintaining compliance with attendance policies.
