You will be responsible for managing customer relationships. Your ability to build rapport will be necessary as you work closely with your customers to understand their business and personal needs to offer valuable options. Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. Process customer policy change requests. Secure all Trailing Documents from customers. Complete Evidence of Insurance requests. Take premium payments from customers. Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed. Requirements Prior Sales Experience. Must be bilingual (Fluent in Spanish and English) Must possess a valid Property & Casualty Insurance License or minimum a personal lines license. Demonstrated success in sales, preferably within the insurance industry. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively.
