Job Summary The Department of Radiology & Radiological Science at The Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) is seeking an Interventional Radiologist to work full‑time for its Midlands Division that includes the communities in and surrounding Columbia. Responsibilities and Qualifications Board‑Eligible or Board‑Certified Interventional Radiologist (BE/BC). Capable of performing a broad range of general and advanced interventional radiology procedures. Full‑time employee, 40 hours per week. Physical Requirements Ability to perform job functions in an upright, seated, and mobile position (frequent). Ability to work indoors (continuous) and outdoors in all weather and temperature extremes (infrequent). Ability to work in confined/cramped spaces, from kneeling and squatting positions, and perform pinching operations (infrequent). Ability to perform repetitive motions with hands, wrists, elbows, and shoulders, as well as reach in all directions, and possess good finger dexterity (frequent). Maintain tactile sensory function, vision, hearing acuity, and gross motor and fine motor function (continuous). Lift and carry up to 15 lbs. unassisted; lift from floor to 36 inches height and vice versa, and push/pull up to 15 lbs. unassisted (infrequent).
