HR Generalist

Our client near Woodland, WA is looking for a steady, approachable HR Generalist to jump into a long-term temporary opportunity and help keep day-to-day HR support moving. This is a great fit for someone who likes being the person employees trust, enjoys variety, and can bring calm, practical support to a busy team. If you like employee questions, problem-solving, follow-through, and being in the middle of what is happening, this could be a really good fit. As the HR Generalist, you would help with: Answering employee questions around HR, payroll, benefits, time off, and policies Supporting workers' compensation follow-up and coordination Helping keep employee records, files, and HR tracking documents organized Assisting with onboarding, offboarding, and related employee paperwork Being a friendly and reliable point of contact for employees Escalating employee questions or issues when needed Partnering with the HR team to keep daily HR support running smoothly Various related HR projects and administrative support as needed This is an onsite position with a friendly, people-first team that values communication, follow-through, and a good sense of humor. The right person will be professional, dependable, and comfortable building trust with employees and leadership.
