Hermitage Hall (a UHS company) is one of Middle Tennessee's largest stand-alone psychiatric residential treatment hospitals. Located southwest of downtown Nashville, off I-65 at the Wedgewood exit, away from the congestion of downtown Nashville, our team of over 130 high-quality employees describe working here as family oriented, therapeutic, value clarifying.POSITION SUMMARY: The Manager of Risk Management is a key member of the Hermitage Hall leadership team, responsible for overseeing the hospital's Patient Safety and Risk Management Program. This role leads risk management and compliance activities in accordance with organizational policies, licensing requirements, CARF standards, and regulatory expectations. The Manager coordinates loss prevention efforts, identifies potential risks, and recommends strategies to reduce exposure and enhance patient care quality.
