Hourly wage ranges from $14 to $27 per hour, and the actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may also be paid, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
