City/State: Hampton, VA Work Shift: Third (Nights) Overview Sentara Careplex Hospital located in Hampton, VA is hiring an ED Tech for the Emergency Department. The position is part-time (24 hours) covering the third shift (night). Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. EMT-B with state or national certification at time of hire OR Successful completion of US Military Hospital Corps School, qualified MMAC candidates OR Current student enrolled in clinical program (RN, LPN, Respiratory, Physical Therapy) having completed at least one semester within the program. Responsibilities As an Emergency Department Technician (ED Tech), you will perform lab draws, EKGs, and assist nurses and doctors with patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting.
