We are currently seeking a part-time Managing Partner to join our team. Please note that this position requires availability for weekends, nights, and holidays.
For candidates seeking full-time employment, there is an option to combine this role with server shifts.

Responsibilities include:

• Execute local restaurant marketing, guest service, and human resource objectives
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with employees
• Manage the restaurant floor with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally
• Ensure compliance with SOP in areas such as recruitment, training, food safety, and sanitation
• Supervise recruitment, training, performance appraisals, and conflict resolution
• Complete reports and paperwork accurately and on time
• Maintain personnel files with necessary documents
• Available to work flexible hours including days, nights, and weekends

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Effective communication skills in English
• Basic computer skills are a plus
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
