Responding to a high volume of appointment requests, the full-time Patient Access Specialist III will manage scheduling for medical exams and procedures remotely while serving as an escalation point for complex inquiries. Key responsibilities Handle appointment requests through various communication channels, including phone calls and emails Collect demographic information and perform insurance registration as needed Assist Specialists I and II with complex scheduling requests and questions Required qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Minimum of 3 years of medical office or call center experience Strong computer skills relevant to the department's specific programs Excellent customer service and phone etiquette skills Accurate data entry skills
