Responsibilities
- Execute a comprehensive physical readiness program designed to improve Soldier performance and reduce injury rates, in alignment with the Army's Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) doctrine. This program requires a multi-tiered approach, encompassing mandatory remedial support for personnel who fail readiness standards, medically-supervised reconditioning for injured Service Members, and voluntary wellness coaching for the entire military family.
- Support of Army National Guard personnel, the Contractor must possess and maintain active, nationally recognized credentials demonstrating expertise in tactical strength, conditioning, and military physical readiness.
