SENIOR COOK (FULL TIME)

Job Summary We are hiring immediately for a full‑time Senior Cook position at Beltrone Living Center (6 Winners Circle, Albany, NY 12205). Applications are accepted online only. Location: Beltrone Living Center – 6 Winners Circle, Albany, NY 12205 Schedule: Full time; Monday through Sunday, 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM (details upon interview). Requirements: Previous cooking experience required. Pay Range: $20.00–$23.00 per hour. Referral Bonus: Internal employee referral bonus available. Essential Duties and Responsibilities May oversee the cooking activities of food service associates as assigned by the Food Service Director. Prepare various entrees and menu items following established recipes. Operate and clean equipment after each use; perform scheduled routine cleaning. Store, label, and date food items per policy; help maintain organized storage of dry goods and refrigerated/frozen products. Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply. Comply with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations and department sanitation procedures. Assist the Food Service Director in maintaining accurate daily production records and completing required documentation, reports and logs as assigned. Assist in cross‑training employees. Perform other duties as assigned.
