Compensation & Scheduling - Option for either Contract/1099 or Pay Per Visit/W2 Pay Rates Contractor/1099: $30 per 30‑minute therapy session $80 per evaluation Shift Differential: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–8:00 PM; All day Saturday → Increased rate of $40 per 30‑minute session Pay Per Visit/W-2 Rates: Ranges from $28–$38 per 30‑minute visit ($56–$76 per hour) based on years of experience and if monolingual or bilingual in Spanish/English.
