VP, Lending Transformation & Risk Strategy

Worth Credit Union in Bedford, Texas seeks a dynamic senior leader to transform our lending programs. The Vice President, Lending will lead consumer, mortgage, and commercial lending, set underwriting policy, and guide credit risk strategy in partnership with the Chief Growth and Marketing Officer.
This role owns production, staffing, process discipline, and independent decisioning, ensuring strong member experience while safeguarding portfolio quality across channels.
