We welcome applicants from both locations and are committed to supporting our teams across the state.Qualifications:Master’s degree or higher in Nursing or a related field for NPs; graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program for PAs.Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in the state of employment.Must have at least 3 years of critical care experience as a Nurse Practitioner or PA.A postgraduate fellowship in critical is a plus….There is no board certification in critical care for APRN/PAACLS/PLS/PALS certification required within 6 months.Experience in organ procurement is a plus but not mandatory.Strong interpersonal skills for family interactions and professional collaborations.Flexibility to work nights and weekends, as the need arises.Why LifeShare?Impact: Be a hero by playing a critical role in saving lives and providing second chances.Innovation: Join a forward-thinking team that embraces cutting-edge practices.Community: Be part of a family that supports and uplifts one another.Ready to Transform Lives?
