- Delegate tasks and supervise healthcare team members
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Document care and interventions accurately and thoroughly
- Support quality improvement initiatives and unit goals
Required:
- Current RN license in Louisiana
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association
- Experience working with confidential information in a fast-paced setting
- Strong organizational, communication, and delegation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a clinical setting
- Additional certifications in clinical specialties
