Guest Service - Sales Representative

Job Description

We are a busy fast paced salon in downtown Arlington Heights is in need of Front Desk Service/Sales Associates that are responsible, friendly, professional and able to multi task. You will be required to take exceptional care of our guests which includes additional service and retail offerings via in person as well as on the phone. Sales is a part of this position and part of your wage will be determined by your sales offerings . Being comfortable with this aspect of the job is very important. You will also be selling beer and wine, so over 18 is a must. Experience with balancing a cash drawer is also helpful as you will be responsible for doing this each day that you will be working.

Our team is very service driven and want to go above and beyond for our guests. Our front desk personnel must also adopt that attitude. Team work between our service professionals and our guest service team is an absolute must! We are looking for candidates that will not be leaving for school in the fall. The hours that are needed are Tuesday 2:30pm to 9:30pm, Wednesday 2:30pm to 9:30pm and alternating Saturdays 7:30pm to 4:30pm
