Now Hiring: Heavy Equipment OperatorEccard Excavating, LLC is a growing, family-owned excavation company specializing in site work and utilities throughout Central Ohio. We are currently seeking a full-time heavy equipment operator to join our team.What You'll Do:Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment including excavators, bulldozers, skid loaders, rollers, etc (various other equipment as needed).Perform site work and utility installation on a variety of projects.Read and interpret construction plans, understand grade setting, and work from stakes.Work outdoors in all types of weather conditions.Be a team player—willing to step in and help where needed to keep projects moving.Maintain equipment and follow all company safety procedures.What We're Looking For:Minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment.Ability to read plans and understand grades.Class A CDL preferred, or a willingness to obtain.Strong work ethic with a team-first mindset.Willingness to work weekly overtime.Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.What We Offer:$30 - $37 per hour, based on experienceWeekly overtimePaid holidays and PTO401(k) retirement planPer diem when working longer distancesSteady, year-round work with a company that values its people.Why Eccard Excavating?You'll be treated like family, supported like a professional, and given room to grow—without losing the personal feel that makes coming to work enjoyable.How to ApplyEmail: View email address on click.appcast.io Call: 740-407-9150Come build your future with Eccard Excavating, LLC.
