Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/30/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Position Overview This position requires working evening and night shifts from 1900 to 0730, including weekends and holidays as operations require. The successful candidate will possess expertise in various Med/Surg units, specifically cardiac, spine, and neuro. Key Responsibilities Provide nursing care in Med/Surg units, focusing on cardiac, spine, and neuro patients. Utilize Epic electronic health record system for documentation and patient management. Monitor and assess patient conditions effectively in a telemetry setting. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Qualifications Valid Wisconsin RN or compact license. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA). Experience working in cardiac, spine, or neuro Med/Surg units. Demonstrated proficiency with Epic software. Ability to successfully pass a telemetry test prior to starting the position. Additional Information The role will require flexibility to meet operational needs, including weekend and holiday coverage.
