Job Title : Welder/Fabricator

Location : Hope, AR

Pay : $20

Work Hours : Monday to Friday, Day Shift

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform MIG welding on various metals, ensuring strong and precise welds.
• Read and interpret blueprints and sketches to fabricate metal structures and components.
• Measure, cut, and assemble metal products with a high level of accuracy.
• Conduct routine maintenance and repair on industrial machinery and equipment.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to understand project specifications and requirements.
• Utilize hand and power tools to complete fabrication tasks efficiently.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Assist in the installation, dismantling, and movement of machinery and equipment.
• Perform inspections to identify wear and damage and determine repair requirements.
• Document fabrication and repair work, including materials used and time spent.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a Welder/Fabricator, with strong skills in MIG welding.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and drawings.
• Knowledge and experience in millwright duties and mechanical repairs.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy equipment and work in various conditions.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in welding or a related field is preferred.
• Must adhere to safety standards and wear protective gear as required.
