The Office Assistant provides administrative and clerical support. This position assists with daily office operations, maintains accurate records, organizes job documentation, and supports office and field personnel.

Essential Job Functions:

• Represent Krohmer Plumbing in a professional and courteous manner
• Answer incoming telephone calls, direct calls, and take messages as needed
• Compile, organize, and maintain job-related documents and records
• Request pricing and quotations from vendors and suppliers
• Prepare and process purchase orders
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate information in company systems
• Organize, file, and retrieve electronic and physical documents
• Monitor office supply inventory and order supplies as needed
• Perform company-related errands as assigned
• Assist project managers, estimators, and other personnel with administrative tasks
• Maintain an organized and professional office environment
• Perform general office duties and other responsibilities as assigned

• Ability to perform general office duties involving computer use, sitting, standing, walking, and occasional lifting of office supplies

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required for company-related errands
• Previous experience in an administrative or office support position preferred
• Experience working in construction, plumbing, or a related industry preferred
• Familiarity with purchase orders, vendor quotations, and construction documents preferred
