Job Description: Strong believer in agile and comfortable with Scrum process. Master in refactoring existing codebase and in understanding existing implementations to decide to refactor or rewrite. Should be able to identify performance bottlenecks and use good coding patterns to avoid them in the first place. Should be a strong advocate of good coding standards and preach code-coverage tools like Sonar. Highly analytical, innovative, and able to think strategically and to develop comprehensive detailed specifications.
