RN or LPN Needed - Full Time - $1,500 Sign On Bonus

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable LPN or RN to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a 28-year-old male in Mentor, OH. As a dedicated member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and attention to our client's unique needs.

Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing care, including tube feeding management, breathing treatments as needed, incontinence care (bowel and bladder), and medication administration as ordered
Conduct ongoing assessments, monitoring, and skilled nursing care to ensure our client's health and well-being
Manage respiratory treatments and monitor for any changes or complications
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the client's healthcare team
Maintain accurate and detailed records of care and services provided

Schedule:

Monday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Every other Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Client Needs:

History of Cornelia de Lange syndrome
Nonverbal
Tube feeding management
Breathing treatments as needed
Incontinence care (bowel and bladder)
Medication administration as ordered

Requirements:

Current Ohio LPN or RN license
Experience with tube feedings and respiratory treatments preferred
Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered
Reliable transportation
