The Area Population of Robinson is 7500. It is located 2 hours southwest of Indianapolis and 2.5 hours east of St. Louis. Our organization, operated by the Crawford Memorial Hospital District and managed by Ovation Healthcare, is a fully licensed and accredited 25-bed not-for-profit critical access acute care facility. We incorporate state-of-the-art equipment and procedures with a compassionate, caring staff to produce outstanding treatment results for our patients. An extensive offering of services and programs are available at the hospital. Health maintenance is also a major role of the hospital with numerous community education classes being offered on a regular basis.

The Position: Working in outpatient clinic setting. Two CRNA heading the program. Very much a clinic that looks for alternatives to narcotics as the goal. Established patient panel. 12 - 18 patients per day. Follow ups, new patients and prescription renewals. Possibly in office injections. Typically 20 minutes for follow ups and 45 minutes for new patients but will work with NP on their timeframe/thoughts. RN's in the clinic. Physician available for support Monday - Friday 8:00 - 4:30. No call.

CERNA EMR Clinical Digital Assist AI and Dragon Medical One Compensation and benefits Salary of $100,000 - $122,000. Productivity bonus - $5,000 - $25,000 depending on production. $12,000 per year in private loan repayment.
