Apartment Maintenance Manager

TSK HOUSING in Missouri seeks an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of our apartment community. This is a working management role where you will supervise the maintenance team and personally diagnose problems, complete repairs, and guide the crew. You will manage staff, troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general repairs, supervise preventative maintenance, control costs, coordinate vendors, and communicate professionally with #J-18808-Ljbffr
