What You'll Do Supervise, train and cross-train all employees so they safely and productively perform their duties Resolve daily issues that may arise effectively to ensure a timely, safe, and profitable project Demonstrate leadership skills and provide coaching, skills development, guidance and support to team members Assist in the development of other employees including holding them accountable and providing performance feedback to the management team Perform performance evaluations, create individual development plans and assign tasks to the most appropriate team members Assist department in meeting safety, production, and quality goals What You'll Need Good Organizational and Leadership skills Strong scheduling, planning, organizing, problem solving, time managing, and prioritizing work skills Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel Your Education High School Diploma or GED required Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in area of specialty preferred We are CMC, a Fortune 500® company at the leading edge of our industry.
