Available 5 days a week at our Kaufman location.Dental Hygienist Benefits:Competitive PayHealth, Vision, Dental InsuranceSupplemental InsurancesGym Membership reimbursementDental Hygienist Requirements:Entry level to 6 months experience as a Hygienist (New grads welcomed!)Comfortable working two Saturday's a monthDental Hygienist LicenseCPR CertificationComfortable treating all agesDental Hygienist Job Duties:Assess the dental condition and needs of patients and review patients' medical history Guide parents and patients through our entire treatment processMeeting daily production goalsPatient Notes and Documentation- Correctly documents all patient notes and initials correct forms. Makes sure consents, medical clearances, and prescriptions, and referral are completed are completed.Consistently and thoroughly examine oral tissues and accurately records finding in patient's chart.Medical Records- Makes sure all records have been received for patient. Releases records to providers/patients needing copy.Consistently performs routine procedures including prophylaxis, scaling and root planning, dental sealants, administration of fluoride, polishing teeth, and shape restorations.Follow all OSHA and practice Safety Precautions Accurately take radiographs to decrease the need for retakes and exposure to radiation.What we are doing to stay safe during Covid-19:To keep our employees and patients safe we have implemented screening of employees and patients. We have proper PPE in place (masks, face shields, gowns, and gloves). We have added extra oral suction, UV air purifiers, and isolation barriers at the front.
