This role will remain open for 30 days, beginning 06-Jul-2026. We are seeking a financial advisor to build and grow a client base, supported by a branch, regional, and home‑office team. A culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Key Responsibilities Build relationships to create new clients via face‑to‑face and virtual sourcing strategies. Deeply understand clients’ needs, priorities, and concerns to create personalized strategies. Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high‑quality, streamlined client experience. Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan. Create a highly engaging environment of trust, respect, feedback, and accountability. Qualifications and Skills A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work‑related experience in securities or financial services. Financial services and/or sales experience. Financial services registration, licensing, or certification. Professional and/or military career progression. Licensing SIE, Series7, and Series66 will be required; registrations may be obtained during an assigned paid study period if not already registered. FINRA registrations required within three months; state insurance licenses required. Ongoing training and CE requirements must be maintained to keep licenses in good standing. Compensation Compensation includes trainee pay, a supplemental salary for up to five years, commissions, and compensation for new assets during the first five years.
