About this position Job Title: Sr Associate, M&A Business Unit: Xpand Reports To: Director, M&A Location: North Carolina or Ohio (Hybrid) Role Type: Salary Full-Time Xpand, a Linville Team Partners company, is seeking a Senior Associate to join their M&A team. This position will play a role in business development and mandate oversight on our buy‑side advisory team. This role will be the face of Xpand to strategic buyers; originating, presenting, and negotiating opportunities. Responsibilities Business development via phone calls, emails and text to business owners in key markets Manage buy‑side mandate relationships within 1-2 industries Communicate with internal and external teams on their deal pipelines Effectively manage and lead direct report(s) Review markets across the country utilizing various research tools Execute and manage prospecting campaigns Gather due diligence information from business owners Candidate Requirements 2+ years of experience in business development, corporate development, buy‑side investment banking or private equity Persistent, resourceful, self‑motivated, and personable Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with the ability to efficiently and accurately manage multiple projects This is a full‑time position based in Winston‑Salem, North Carolina or Columbus, Ohio. #J-18808-Ljbffr Linville Team Partners LLC
