Certified Apartment Staffing is seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join a multifamily apartment community in Killeen, TX!

We are looking for a strong leader who is organized, results-driven, and passionate about providing exceptional resident experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing daily property operations, managing onsite teams, maintaining occupancy goals, and ensuring the overall success of the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the apartment community.
• Lead, train, and supervise leasing and maintenance staff.
• Manage leasing activities, renewals, and resident retention.
• Monitor occupancy rates, delinquency, and collections.
• Handle resident concerns and maintain positive resident relationships.
• Coordinate maintenance requests, vendors, and property inspections.
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies.
• Maintain property appearance and overall community standards.

Qualifications

• Previous Property Manager experience in multifamily housing required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with property management software such as Yardi, OneSite, ResMan, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of leasing, collections, budgeting, and resident relations.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently while effectively leading a team.
