Family Advocate & Care Coordinator for Youth & Families
The Youth Counselor
The Village for Families & Children is seeking a Family Advocate to provide care coordination and support services to youth and their families in Greater Hartford and New Britain. This full-time role involves connecting families to community resources, conducting clinical assessments, and delivering structured case management. With a focus on trauma-informed engagement, the Family Advocate plays a vital role in promoting safety and stability. Applicants should possess at least three years of relevant experience.
