Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - Inpatient Rehabilitation

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver hands-on rehabilitative care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. Working under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you will provide therapeutic activities, ADL training, and patient/family education to promote functional independence and safe discharge. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document progress, and help maintain a nurturing, high-quality care environment with strong support and career growth opportunities.
