A Day in the Life

Start your morning setting up for clean, consistent MIG welds across aluminum , stainless steel , and mild steel . You’ll read and interpret detailed project plans and drawings, translate instructions into precise work, and handle supporting production tasks to keep jobs moving. Throughout the day, you’ll maintain a safe, organized work area and uphold quality standards.

What You’ll Do

• Execute high-quality MIG welds on aluminum, stainless steel, and mild steel
• Read/interpret project plans and blueprints to complete assignments accurately
• Follow written and verbal directions to meet production goals
• Assist with additional production/support tasks as needed
• Keep your station clean, safe, and well-organized

What You Bring

• Welding certificate or 2+ years of welding experience (required)
• Hands-on MIG welding proficiency
• Ability to read and interpret project plans
• Strong attention to detail; safety-first mindset
• Self-motivated; able to work independently
• Ability to regularly push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay, Schedule, and Employment Details

• Pay: $23.32/hour starting
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:15 PM
• Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week
• Employment Type: Direct Hire
• Union Position
