Reports To: Residential Manager

Employment Type: Part-Time, 22 hours per week: Thursday 3pm-9pm, Friday & Saturday 7am-3pm

Starting Wage: $21.55/hour

Your Core Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living, including hygiene, grooming, dressing, meals, and household tasks such as thorough cleaning.
\n
• Support individuals in developing independence, self-help, and social skills.
\n
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals, including medication administration (if certified).
\n
• Implement and document progress on individualized service plans and daily supports.
\n
• Encourage community integration and participation in social and recreational activities.
\n
• Drive agency vehicles for transportation as needed.
\n
• Maintain positive, professional communication with individuals, families, and colleagues.
\n
• Complete required training, certifications, and ongoing professional development.
\n

What You Bring:

• Education & Experience: No prior experience required—ideal candidates are dependable, friendly, caring, and trustworthy.
\n
• Certifications & Requirements: Must meet Lifetime Assistance’s Vehicle Operator requirements.
\n
• Ability to complete Agency provided First Aid/CPR, SCIP-R, and Medication Administration certification.
\n
• Must pass all required background checks and clearances (e.g., SCR, Fingerprinting, SEL, MHL).
\n
• Skills & Competencies: Ability to follow individualized plans and safety protocols.
\n
• Basic computer literacy for documentation in the Electronic Health Record.
\n
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
\n
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability.
\n
