JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced Campaign Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of B2C lifecycle marketing campaigns across multiple customer engagement channels. This is an operational campaign management role focused on coordinating strategy, requirements, audiences, creative, data, timelines, deployment, and optimization—not hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud development. The Campaign Manager will independently manage approximately 8–10 concurrent campaigns while partnering closely with Marketing, Creative, Engineering, Data Operations, Analytics, and Project Management teams. The ideal candidate brings the right balance of marketing knowledge, campaign execution expertise, and cross-functional leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Own marketing and transactional campaigns from intake and planning through setup, QA, deployment, monitoring, optimization, and post-campaign analysis.

- Manage approximately 8–10 campaigns simultaneously, establishing priorities and proactively addressing dependencies, risks, and resource needs.

- Coordinate campaign execution across channels including email, SMS, push notifications, mobile app, direct mail, and other customer touchpoints.

- Partner with Marketing, Creative, Engineering, Data Operations, Analytics, and Project Management to align requirements, timelines, dependencies, and delivery.

- Maintain campaign roadmaps and deployment calendars to ensure initiatives are appropriately planned, sequenced, and executed.

- Support audience segmentation, targeting, personalization, and customer lifecycle strategies using available customer data and insights.

- Drive A/B and multivariate testing initiatives and partner with Analytics to evaluate results against established KPIs.

- Translate campaign performance insights into actionable recommendations for future campaigns and customer experiences.

- Identify opportunities to improve campaign processes, governance, operational workflows, quality, and scalability.

- Proactively identify delivery risks and operational challenges and drive issues through resolution with appropriate stakeholders.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- 8+ years of progressive experience in campaign management, lifecycle marketing, marketing operations, or a related discipline.

- Demonstrated experience independently owning complex campaigns from planning through deployment and optimization.

- Strong cross-functional coordination and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns.

- Experience with lifecycle/CRM marketing, customer segmentation, audience targeting, personalization, and test/control methodologies.

- Experience executing campaigns across multiple customer engagement channels such as email, SMS, push, mobile, and direct mail.

- Strong understanding of campaign performance metrics, customer engagement KPIs, testing strategies, and data-driven optimization.

- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority and clearly communicate priorities, requirements, risks, and tradeoffs.

- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or another marketing automation platform is preferred;
hands-on SFMC development is not required.

- Financial services experience is preferred.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
