Receiving Clerk

Receiving ClerkPGS Worldwide is seeking a Receiving Clerk in Nashua, New Hampshire for an onsite temp-to-hire role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company. This position will coordinate the receipt, inspection, and verification of incoming materials to ensure accurate and timely delivery throughout the facility. The Receiving Clerk will verify shipments against purchasing records, document discrepancies, route packages appropriately, and assist with material movement as needed.Required SkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Minimum 2 years of related experience.1–2 years of receiving experience.Experience using Oracle.Basic PC skills and familiarity with computer applications used for receiving and inventory transactions.Ability to verify incoming materials against shipping documentation and purchasing records.Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.Ability to stand for extended periods.Ability to safely use manual or powered material-handling equipment and hand tools as needed.Ability to properly handle classified and/or hazardous materials in accordance with established procedures.U.S. citizenship required.What You'll DoCoordinate the verification, inspection, and receipt of incoming materials.Visually inspect incoming shipments for correct quantities and signs of package or product damage.Compare shipment paperwork and contents against purchasing records to verify that the correct materials have been received.Enter receiving verification and related information into applicable systems.Document missing, damaged, or incorrect materials and complete required paperwork.Route packages according to applicable inspection codes and internal procedures.Follow established requirements for handling classified and hazardous materials.Assist with delivering packages and materials throughout the facility.Use powered or manual material-handling equipment and hand tools to move heavy or awkward packages safely.Work Schedule / Shift1st shift.9/80 work schedule.Monday–Friday.Tentative hours: 6:00 AM–3:30 PM.Overtime is not currently expected.Pay$23.00 per hour.Military veterans and transitioning military members are encouraged to apply to all PGS Worldwide positions.
