Certified Nursing Assistant

Call for Salary Rate - Job Summary: Provides essential personal care and supportive services to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility. Assists nursing staff with daily activities and helps ensure residents' comfort and well-being. Responsibilities: Assist residents with activities of daily living in accordance with individualized care plans. Support residents with lifting, turning, repositioning, and transferring to and from beds, chairs, and wheelchairs. Aid in meal service, including setup, feeding assistance, and documenting meal intake. Deliver nutritional supplements and ensure they are consumed as prescribed, recording intake carefully. Monitor and document residents' weight, skin condition, and any changes in health status. Report concerns or changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff and document accordingly. Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities. High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid BLS certification (AHA). Successful employment history with durations longer than 13 weeks at previous roles. No disciplinary actions against current certification. Active state license or certification as a CNA.
