As a Lube Technician at Orangeburg Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, you will play a crucial role in maintaining vehicle performance and customer satisfaction by adhering to express lube guidelines. Your primary focus will be performing lube, oil, and filter changes, as well as lubricating essential vehicle components. Attention to detail and ensuring a clean, safe work environment are key to this role.

• Report all necessary repairs to the service advisor promptly.
• Install completed LOF reminder stickers in vehicles.
• Check battery, tire air pressure, windshield fluid, transmission fluid, and power steering fluid levels; refill as needed.
• Check coolant levels and refill as necessary.
• Ensure vehicles are clean and free of fluid residue or fingerprints before release.
• Verify fluid levels prior to releasing the vehicle to the customer.
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) at or above Company standards.
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
• Participate in required training sessions.
• Accurately record all hours worked in the company timekeeping system.
• Follow all safeguards rules and regulations.
• Demonstrate the Company’s Core Values consistently.
• Comply with all Company policies and procedures.
• Observe Federal, State, Local, and Company safety rules and regulations during all job duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Prior experience performing vehicle lube, oil, and filter changes is preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Good communication skills to report repair needs effectively.
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.
