We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Field Safety Coordinator to support commercial construction safety operations and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, site-specific safety plans, and company safety policies. This is a 100% on-site, field-based position requiring daily presence on active construction jobsites. A strong field presence is essential to provide real-time safety oversight, conduct inspections, lead training, and support continuous improvement across all phases of construction.**Compensation & Benefits*** Pay: $85,000 – $100,000 per year, based on experience and fit* Monday–Friday schedule* Weekly pay with online access to pay stubs* Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance options* Hospital and Identity Theft coverage* Voluntary Short-Term Disability, Life, and Accident coverage* HSA and 401(k) with company match* Company-paid Basic Life, Long-Term Disability, and AD&D insurance**Key Responsibilities*** Monitor daily commercial construction jobsite activities to ensure compliance with OSHA standards, safety regulations, and company policies* Conduct routine jobsite safety inspections, audits, hazard assessments, and risk evaluations* Identify unsafe conditions and behaviors; recommend, implement, and track corrective actions* Support Superintendents, Foremen, and field crews in developing safety-conscious work practices* Assist with pre-task planning, Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), and Site-Specific Safety Plans (SSSPs)* Respond to incidents, near misses, and injuries; coordinate injury care per company protocols* Participate in and support incident investigations and root cause analysis* Lead and assist with toolbox talks, safety orientations, onboarding, and site-specific safety training* Ensure proper availability, use, and condition of PPE, safety equipment, and first aid supplies* Participate in jobsite safety walks with internal teams, subcontractors, and external partners* Serve as a field resource for OSHA compliance, regulatory requirements, and company safety programs* Maintain accurate documentation including inspection reports, incident reports, training records, permits, and corrective action logs* Collaborate with the HSE Manager and Safety Director to support continuous improvement initiatives## Qualifications**Required Qualifications*** 5+ years of safety experience in commercial construction or industrial environments* Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations, construction safety standards, and hazard control* OSHA 30 certification preferred* Ability to work independently in a field-based construction environment* Strong written and verbal communication skills* Proven ability to train, coach, and influence field personnel**Preferred Qualifications*** Experience with incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action tracking* Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus* Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or related field preferred* Experience working on K–12, healthcare, higher education, data center, or large commercial projects* Familiarity with cost control, forecasting, and project financial reporting**Learn more:****
