Atlanta, Georgia | $65,000–$75,000
We are partnering with a respected, chef-driven restaurant in Atlanta to find an experienced Restaurant Manager . This is an excellent opportunity to join a full-service concept known for thoughtful cuisine, genuine hospitality, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience.
The Restaurant Manager will be a visible, hands-on leader responsible for supporting daily operations, developing the front-of-house team, and maintaining high standards for service and hospitality.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support front-of-house operations during service
- Hire, train, coach, and develop team members
- Create a welcoming, polished, and memorable guest experience
- Maintain consistent service and operational standards
- Work closely with the culinary team to ensure strong communication between the front and back of house
- Assist with scheduling, labor management, inventory, and cost controls
- Handle guest concerns professionally and thoughtfully
- Support beverage, private dining, and special-event operations
- Help build a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture
What We’re Looking For
- Management experience in a full-service, chef-driven restaurant
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- A genuine passion for hospitality and developing people
- Experience managing high-volume or elevated dining operations
- Solid understanding of labor, inventory, and restaurant financials
- Calm, confident leadership during busy services
- A hands-on manager who enjoys being present on the floor
Compensation
- Base salary: $65,000–$75,000 , based on experience
