Three Notch'd busca contratar a un cocinero de línea para unirse a nuestro equipo. Nuestra propiedad de 10 acres en Nellysford ofrece impresionantes vistas al aire libre de las montañas Blue Ridge, experiencias interactivas para los clientes y un equipo con la misión de dejar huella. Como cocinero de preparación (Prep Cook), sus responsabilidades incluyen seguir recetas estandarizadas, así como picar, cortar en dados, rebanar y preparar los ingredientes según las especificaciones de la receta. Estas tareas deben completarse de manera oportuna para asegurar que la preparación esté lista y almacenada, permitiendo así servir los platos del menú según lo planeado.

Horario:
- Disponibilidad los lunes, martes, viernes, sábados y domingos de 9:00 a. m. a 2:00 p. m. (descanso los miércoles y jueves)
Exigencias físicas:
- Capacidad para manipular, levantar, transportar, almacenar y organizar ollas, sartenes, procesadores de alimentos y recipientes de almacenamiento de alimentos que pesen hasta cincuenta libras (aprox. 22.7 kg) con frecuencia durante un turno de ocho horas; capacidad para permanecer de pie y trabajar en un entorno con temperaturas elevadas que alcanzan los 110 grados Fahrenheit (aprox. 43 °ree;C) durante un máximo de seis horas seguidas; capacidad para levantar objetos, estirarse, agacharse, inclinarse, trepar y manipular suministros y equipos de cocina, demostrando coordinación ojo-mano y destreza manual para la preparación rápida de pedidos de comida.
- Los riesgos incluyen, entre otros: cortes, quemaduras, resbalones, tropiezos, raspones y distensiones musculares; exposición frecuente de las manos al agua.
