Associate Territory Manager

Becton Dickinson seeks an Associate Territory Manager for the Cleveland and Columbus area to support acute urology product sales and customer education in a defined region. The role involves extensive field travel to conduct product demonstrations, in-servicing, and account support while building clinical expertise and sales capabilities. This developmental position reports to a Regional Manager and serves as a pathway to Territory Manager responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Support regional manager in driving sales revenue through product demonstrations and account coverage
Conduct in-servicing, product assessments, and customer education on acute urology products
Identify and communicate new business opportunities and product interests to territory manager
Build and maintain sustainable customer relationships and coordinate product evaluations
Maintain clinical expertise in relevant disease states and develop territory management skills

Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 0-2 years general sales experience
Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
Ability to travel 80% including overnight stays
Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Vendor credentialing and/or certification in clinical field
COVID-19 vaccination per company policy
Satisfactory criminal background and drug screening results
