Resumen del Puesto
Estamos buscando un Day Porter responsable y profesional para mantener un ambiente escolar limpio, seguro y ordenado durante toda la jornada. La persona ideal debe poder comunicarse efectivamente en inglés y español, responder a las necesidades del personal de la escuela y trabajar de manera independiente manteniendo altos estándares de limpieza.
Responsabilidades
Mantener limpios los pasillos, baños, oficinas, cafetería y áreas comunes durante el día.
Limpiar y desinfectar los baños según sea necesario.
Sacar la basura y reemplazar las bolsas.
Barrer, trapear, aspirar y realizar limpieza puntual de los pisos.
Limpiar ventanas, puertas y otras superficies de alto contacto.
Atender de inmediato derrames y otras necesidades de limpieza.
Reabastecer los suministros de los baños y de limpieza.
Ayudar con el montaje y desmontaje de mesas, sillas y equipos para actividades escolares.
Reportar cualquier problema de mantenimiento o seguridad al supervisor.
Cumplir con las políticas de la empresa y los procedimientos de seguridad.
Trabajar en conjunto con el personal de la escuela, el gerente y el equipo de limpieza para mantener las instalaciones limpias y seguras.
Requisitos
Debe poder comunicarse efectivamente en inglés y español.
Buenas habilidades de comunicación y servicio al cliente.
Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo.
Ser responsable, puntual y organizado.
Capacidad para levantar hasta 35 libras.
Debe poder aprobar una verificación de antecedentes penales.
