Unit Type: PACU (Post Anesthesia Care Unit)
Number of Beds: 4 Operating Rooms plus 1 Endoscopy
Staffing: 4 Full-Time RNs, 3 Full-Time CSTs, 1 PRN RN
Shifts Available: Day Shift
Patient Ratios: Based on current staffing and schedules
Equipment Used: Stryker, Mako, Globus
EMR System: Meditech
Mandatory Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months' current CST experience
- Current BLS certification
- Active NBSTA & DORA Certifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Total Joint procedures at levels II or III
- Experience using robotics, such as DaVinci
Typical Procedures
- Orthopedic and Spine procedures
- Joint Replacements and scrubbing for Orthopedic cases
- Laparoscopic procedures
