Warehouse Associate
Pay: $18–$20/hour
Schedule: M-F 7am-5pm + OT as needed!

Job Summary:
TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Associate with 1–2 years of warehouse experience. The ideal candidate will have experience with shipping and receiving, stocking materials, order picking and packing, and operating a sit-down forklift.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with unloading trucks and checking in merchandise
• Receive, sort, and organize incoming materials
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Place materials on racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and work area
• Operate a sit-down forklift as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required safety equipment
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of warehouse-related experience
• Sit-down forklift experience required; certification is a plus
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Flexible team player with good organizational skills
• Must follow all safety rules and procedures
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Regularly use hands to handle materials and reach with hands and arms
• Lift and move items weighing 10–50 lbs. regularly
• Occasionally lift or move items over 100 lbs. using proper lifting equipment
• Must have adequate vision, including depth perception, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust and focus
• Occasionally sit, climb, or balance
