This position reqires exceptionl commniction & orgniztionl skills, iscretion, n the bility to hnle wie rnge of responsibilities with poise n efficiency. This position reqires the bility to trvel both omesticlly n interntionlly for p to 5% of the role

Responsibilities:
• Content Mngement: coorinte between vrios stkeholers incling the proction tem, cretive tem, client's commniction n mrketing n presenters
• Coorintion: ssist in coorinting vrios spects of proction in tnem with the greter proction tem. Liise with ifferent eprtments, clients, n venor prtners to ensre semless commniction n exection.
• Schele Mngement: ssist in creting n mintining proction scheles, rehersl scheles, rn of show, n ny/ll other elements of the project Event Book s reqire. Coorinte with tem members to ensre timely completion of tsks n herence to elines. Work in tnem with the internl tem on booking crew.
• On Site: Trvel on site to proctions of ll sizes, interfce with the tem, commnicte etils, spport the tem les, istribte informtion, jmp in to spport vrios spects of the proction.
• Trvel Mngement: Book trvel rrngements for crew members s neee, ensring cost-effectiveness.
• Generl: bility to mnge content & mei ssets, spport technicl streming/brocst pltforms, orgnize venor & 199 invoicing, n other responsibilities s reqire.

Qlifictions:
• Strong orgniztionl n nlyticl skills
• wreness of corporte n ssocition events
• Hospitlity experience preferre
