Ag Compliance & Data Specialist

Job Description A well-established agricultural operation is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support compliance, reporting, and data management functions. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate operational records, supporting regulatory reporting requirements, and ensuring data integrity across various agricultural activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain daily operational records and application data.
- Prepare and submit recurring compliance and regulatory reports.
- Review and verify records for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain tracking documentation.
- Organize and update safety-related documentation and records.
- Assist with internal reviews, audits, and historical data requests.
- Provide administrative support and perform related duties as needed.
- Previous experience with data entry, recordkeeping, or agricultural operations preferred.
- Strong proficiency with spreadsheets and database systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and cloud-based data management tools.
- Ability to work accurately with large volumes of information and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Primarily office-based with extensive computer use.
- Occasional site visits may be required to verify records and inventory information.
- Competitive salary ($65,000-$80,000)
