Dispensing Optician LTF Eye Clinics Valparaiso, Crown Point and Munster, Indiana Priority Qualifications: *Patient / Customer Service Oriented *Strong attention to detail *Authentic desire to assist patients with ordering glasses and contact lenses *Team-oriented ability to work with Doctors, Technicians and Accounting staff to provide an exceptional quality of patient care *Experience in Medical or Eye Care Industry; »»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»» Duties: Assisting patients with ordering of glasses and contact lenses Selecting frames and lenses that best suit the patient's prescription and lifestyle Providing instruction for contact lens insertion and removal Assisting patients to utilize eligible insurance to the patient's benefit Working with Doctors, Technicians and Accounting Department to provide patients with quality care Attributes: Must be personable, professional, a self-starter and a problem solver Must have reliable transportation and be able to work as agreed upon Organization and the ability to multi-task is essential Ability to travel between offices- travel may be required ***Part-time and Full-time positions currently available*** Employment Type: Part Time Years Experience: 1 - 3 years Salary: $14 - $20 Hourly Bonus/Commission: No
