About the Role

The Company is seeking an Interim Executive Director to provide senior-level executive leadership with a focus on organizational stabilization, operational assessment, and financial management. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and overall management of the organization, serving as the critical link between the Commission and its operations. This role requires a strategic and entrepreneurial approach, with an emphasis on high-level financial stewardship, legal compliance, and strategic business leadership. The Interim Executive Director will also be involved in regional leadership and advocacy, operational oversight, and will direct a multidisciplinary staff. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, a minimum of 10 years of progressive management experience, and a proven ability to manage complex organizations. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in a government or nonprofit setting, experience with fund and government accounting, and a track record of leading organizations through periods of transition. The role is full-time and onsite, with the potential for the interim position to transition into a permanent Executive Director role. The Interim Executive Director will work closely with the retiring Executive Director to ensure a smooth knowledge transfer while providing independent leadership and organizational direction.
