Join our vibrant team at the Beachcomber Beachfront Hotel as a Front Desk Agent for the lively 3pm to 11pm shift! Be the friendly face that welcomes our visitors to paradise and helps create memorable stays in beautiful Panama City Beach FL.

Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and check in guests with a smile ensuring smooth and efficient arrivals and departures
  • Handle reservations phone inquiries and guest requests with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and securely
  • Provide local recommendations and assist guests in making their stay unforgettable
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Keep the front desk area neat organized and inviting

Requirements

  • Friendly and approachable personality with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
  • Basic computer skills and comfort using reservation systems
  • A passion for delivering top-notch guest experiences
  • Availability to work the 3pm to 11pm shift
