What You’ll Do: Proof and fry donuts to perfection Ensure baked goods meet quality standards for size, weight, and appearance What We’re Looking For: Baking/pastry training or scratch bakery experience preferred, but not required Passion for creating high-quality baked goods, in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with co-workers Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be 18+, able to lift 50 lbs. and work on your feet throughout your shift Comfortable working around varying temperatures, including heat from ovens and cold from coolers/freezers.
